Vlog week 9 A full on week travelling & delivering teacher training

This week has been full of teacher training. March is always a really busy time for courses and teaching as we head towards Easter. I’ve been travelling around the UK delivering training for over three decades and, apart from the traffic everywhere, it’s always great to get out on the road, visit different clubs and meet instructors who join us on the courses.

Delivering in a new club always gives me lots of ideas, and it’s really interesting to see the **micro trends around the UK**.

The UK fitness and wellness space is definitely made up of smaller regional markets, and each area does things slightly differently. I love speaking with teachers about their goals, ambitions and the opportunities in their local area.

This week I also delivered a new online Fitness Pilates workshopand finished the week with an FPR training course here in my studio. At the same time, my local Red Light and Reformer classes are growing so I’ve added more classes running in the lead-up to Easter and created a local marketing plan.
