If you haven’t been to Reformer for a while and you’ve been thinking about coming back, now is a great time to get back into a regular routine.
NEW – HOT REFORMER PILATES
I’m also looking at offering HOT Reformer Pilates during October.
I’ll be taking the Reformers into my front studio, which is equipped with infrared heating and red light therapy panels, to create a completely different Reformer experience.
I’m planning to trial a HOT Reformer taster session, possibly on a Sunday.
If this is something you’d be interested in trying, please let me know so I can gauge interest before setting a date as a trial.
PRIVATE REFORMER GROUPS
Would you like to arrange your own private group session?
If you have a group of six friends, colleagues or family members, please get in touch and we can arrange a bespoke Reformer Pilates session for you.
Private Reformer sessions are also fantastic for:
