I vlogged my behind the scenes of my fitness education business for 30 days and heres what happened

This is my 4th vlog

I made it a goal to film *every single day* behind the scenes — the real stuff, not just the polished highlights. So what did I find out?

• Filming daily gets easier (much quicker than I expected)

• You stop overthinking and just press record

• The behind-the-scenes is often more interesting than the finished product

• Consistency really does beat perfection

• It’s been such a powerful way to reflect on what I’m building day to day

• And you stop worrying about how you look — you just crack on Will I continue? Absolutely.

I won’t lie — dark, rainy January days and living in a *massive* coat on the vlog has been a bit of hard work But next month I’m off to Playitas, so a sunny, sporty vlog era is very much on the cards.

February is a definite yes. I’m also teaching courses in Gloucester and heading to the Perform X event, which will be brilliant to vlog — especially if some fitness friends are up for being in it too

If you have *any* kind of business, I honestly recommend sharing short clips of your day and your behind the scenes. People are craving authenticity and realness — and you already have that. You can share it on any platform. It really is your superpower. If you’re a fitness professional, business owner, or creator wondering whether daily vlogging or BTS content is *worth it* — this one’s for you. Let me know in the comments
